Innovating telecommunications with Wunderman Thompson




In celebration of their milestone anniversary, a national telecom provider approached the team and sought help to gain a deeper understanding of the mindset, motivations, and barriers of SEC ABC1 households towards their connectivity and technology needs.


During my two-month stint as a strategic planning intern for the global marketing communications agency, I accomplished the following tasks:

  • Took notes during user interviews; synthesized and analysed data to unearth insights on pre- and post-pandemic consumer behaviors

  • Helped craft messaging for upcoming campaign through social listening on various onine platforms

  • Researched trends in innovation and e-commerce to support team brainstorming initiatives and product launches

  • Received training on data storytelling and visualization, crafting presentation decks, and pitching to clients
